Submitted papers must <strong data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1197\">not be under review or accepted for publication elsewhere<\/strong>. All submissions will undergo <strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1243\">peer review<\/strong> based on <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1304\">originality, significance, clarity, and novelty<\/strong>, and only papers presenting innovative research or successful applications will be accepted for publication.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1672\"><strong data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1434\">Templates<\/strong><br data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1437\" \/>The ITIC 2026 provides templates for Word and LaTeX users to structure manuscripts correctly, including headings, references, tables, and figures. Predefined styles ensure uniform formatting and can be quickly accessed via hotkeys or toolbars.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1677\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1704\">Peer Review Process<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1831\">The peer review process ensures that all research articles meet <strong data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1828\">high standards of accuracy, validity, and significance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"2780\">\n<li data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"2051\">\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"2051\">An editor, corresponding to the subject area of the submitted paper, will perform a <strong data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1942\">preliminary review<\/strong>. Papers of insufficient quality or outside the scope of ITIC 2026 may be <strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2048\">rejected without full review<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2479\">\n<p data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2156\">Qualified reviewers will evaluate the paper according to the following criteria (scored out of 10):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2479\">\n<li data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2203\">\n<p data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2203\">Relevance of Title and Research Article<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2228\">\n<p data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2228\">Scholarly Quality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2255\">\n<p data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2255\">Continuity and Flow<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2276\">\n<p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2276\">Use of Theory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2307\">\n<p data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2307\">Novelty and Originality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2345\">\n<p data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2345\">Technical Accuracy and Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2395\">\n<p data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2395\">Clarity of Understanding and Illustrations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2420\">\n<p data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2420\">Critical Analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2424\" data-end=\"2449\">\n<p data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2449\">Quality of References<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2479\">\n<p data-start=\"2455\" data-end=\"2479\">Clarity of Conclusions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2615\">If necessary, the paper may be returned to authors for revision. Revisions should be submitted <strong data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2612\">within a specified time frame<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2700\">\n<p data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2700\">Papers \u00a0after peer review with good score will be <strong data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2697\">accepted for publication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2780\">\n<p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2780\">Accepted papers may undergo <strong data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2758\">final editorial review<\/strong> before publication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2785\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2810\">Plagiarism Policy<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2922\">To ensure originality and research integrity, all submissions are checked for plagiarism using <strong data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2919\">Turnitin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"3158\">\n<li data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"3048\">\n<p data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"3048\">Papers with more than <strong data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"2966\">20% similarity<\/strong> will <strong data-start=\"2972\" data-end=\"2992\">not be published<\/strong>, and authors will receive a detailed analysis report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3049\" data-end=\"3158\">\n<p data-start=\"3051\" data-end=\"3158\">Ethical conduct is mandatory; plagiarism is <strong data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3129\">considered academic misconduct<\/strong> and will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3163\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3190\">Publication Process<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3192\" data-end=\"3750\">\n<li data-start=\"3192\" data-end=\"3245\">\n<p data-start=\"3194\" data-end=\"3245\">The official publication language is <strong data-start=\"3231\" data-end=\"3242\">English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3246\" data-end=\"3395\">\n<p data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3395\">Authors must sign the <strong data-start=\"3270\" data-end=\"3301\">Copyright Transfer Form<\/strong>, while retaining the right to use their material for substantially revised works elsewhere.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3649\">\n<p data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3500\">Papers must strictly follow the <strong data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3446\">ITIC template<\/strong> for both initial submission and camera-ready files.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3651\" data-end=\"3750\">\n<p data-start=\"3653\" data-end=\"3750\">After acceptance, all authors must <strong data-start=\"3688\" data-end=\"3747\">submit the camera-ready paper and signed copyright form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3752\" data-end=\"3867\">We strongly emphasize <strong data-start=\"3774\" data-end=\"3796\">academic integrity<\/strong> and expect all participants to adhere to ethical research standards.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guide for Authors: Paper Submission Instructions for ITIC 2026 will be announced soon.\u00a0 \u00a0 ITIC 2026 invites researchers to submit original work covering applications, theories, methodologies, and application-oriented research.
